Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Reporting Suites: Design, build, and maintain standardized and customized reporting frameworks aligned with business goals and client needs.
- Standardize Reporting Formats: Define consistent metrics, data sources, and visualization styles across brands to ensure uniformity and clarity.
- Customize Reports: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored reports that facilitate informed decision-making.
- Establish Reporting Infrastructure: Implement and manage tools and platforms that enable self-service reporting and easy data access.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Develop robust validation and quality assurance processes to maintain data integrity across all reports.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, analytics, and IT teams to streamline data inputs and reporting workflows.
- User Support & Training: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to users for effective utilization of reporting tools.
- Monitor & Optimize Performance: Track report usage and user feedback to continuously enhance report quality and relevance.
- Upgrade Reporting Tools: Identify opportunities and implement improvements in reporting platforms and technologies.
- Client Reporting Standards: Create standardized, visually impactful reports that capture key metrics consistently across all brands.
- Drive Innovation: Encourage new ideas, explore advanced visualization techniques, and adopt emerging technologies to improve reporting capabilities.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Translate complex data sets into actionable insights supporting strategic business decisions.
- Ensure Compliance: Align all reporting practices with ISO standards and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in developing and managing reporting suites, preferably within a multi-brand or agency environment.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
- Strong proficiency in VBA debugging, ETL processes, statistical analysis, and data validation.
- Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
- Deep understanding of data structures, governance principles, and data quality management practices.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering accurate, timely reports in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
