About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to help drive data-backed decisions across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure performance, and build reports/dashboards that enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.

Analyze large datasets to derive insights, trends, and patterns.

Build dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical requirements.

Conduct A/B tests, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and performance evaluations.

Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

Present findings to leadership in clear, structured formats.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong proficiency with SQL and Excel.

Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.

Hands-on experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus.

Knowledge of statistical methods and analytical modeling.

Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical teams.
