About the RoleWe are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support our Growth & Sales teams with reporting, data management, and business tracking. You will create and maintain reports, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable insights to enable better business decisions.
This internship is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals with strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in SQL and Google Sheets, and a passion for solving business problems through data.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across sales, leads, payments, and growth KPIs.
- Use advanced Google Sheets formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and charts to generate reports.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM, marketing platforms, and dashboards.
- Maintain trackers for sales incentives, payouts, and business targets.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requirements for leadership presentations and business reviews.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, CRM, and finance teams to streamline reporting workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (Any discipline)
- Experience: 03 years in MIS reporting, data operations, or business analytics
- Mandatory Skills:
- SQL (querying, joins, aggregations)
- Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting; macros a plus)
- Logical formulas: IF, IFS
- Lookup functions: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
- Conditional functions: COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, FILTER, SORT
- Data visualization: Pivot Tables, Charts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail with ability to manage large datasets
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Drive)
- Effective communication & coordination skills
Good to Have- Prior experience in healthcare, fintech, or growth-stage startups
- Exposure to CRM tools or Business Intelligence platforms
- Knowledge of Excel/Sheets macros
