Job Title: Data Analyst / Business Analyst
Experience: 57 Years
Work Mode: Remote
Location Preference: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore
Working Hours: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
Joining: Immediate (Project starts on 1st Dec 2025)
Required Skills & Experience
- 57 years of experience analyzing large and complex healthcare datasets.
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare domains such as Claims, Member, Provider, and Encounter data.
- Excellent command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and provide meaningful insights.
- Experience documenting data models, constraints, data stores, and mapping documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets, including Claims, Member, Provider, and Encounter data.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into data, analytics, and reporting specifications.
- Perform data store inventory, data mapping, and constraint documentation across multiple systems.
- Develop SQL queries for data extraction, validation, profiling, and analysis.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support QA, UAT, and production teams with data insights, anomalies, and validation as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare data standards.
