Job Purpose:
Provide data analysis and reporting support for the Spare Parts business by maintaining reports, developing dashboards, analyzing business performance, and supporting pricing and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and data support for customer-related activities and business processes.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.) to collect and analyze key performance data.
- Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for internal meetings and business reviews.
- Support business projects by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements related to data and reporting.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior exposure to customer support, marketing or business operations is a plus.
