Job Description

Job Title: Data & AI Solution Architect (Offshore India)

Location: Remote (India)

Employment Type: Contract

Working hours to be overloaded with U.S. CST hours

About The Role

iQuest is looking for an experienced Data & AI Solution Architect to support enterprise AI and data initiatives for our global clients. This role will provide technical leadership, solution design, and mentorship to delivery teams while collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable Data & AI solutions on Azure and Databricks.
  • Lead solution architecture for Data Engineering, Machine Learning, GenAI, and AI Agents.
  • Review technical designs, code, and architecture.
  • Mentor junior engineers and interns.
  • Support client discovery sessions, solution proposals, and effort estimation.
  • Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or AI.
  • Strong expertise in Azure, Databricks, Python, SQL, and Spark.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG, LLMs, AI Agents, and MLOps.
  • Hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Microsoft Azure Solution Architect / AI certifications.
  • Databricks certifications.
  • Prior consulting experience with global clients.
