The D365 Specialist is responsible for administering the global D365 F&O application . Common tasks include working closely with users to identify , troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, test and enable new capabilities, and provide direct feedback to the team on areas for application improvement. In this role, you will also support discovery workshops and implementations around new D365 capabilities.


  • Provide direct D365 production support
  • Support requirements discovery, analysis, and verification
  • Work with teams to analyze and prioritize application requirement s and assist in creating work breakdown deliverables.
  • Support and manage small to medium sized projects end to end , ensuring alignment and readiness across all key stakeholder groups
  • Clearly and regularly communicate status, expectations, and risks
  • D ocument any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of end user documents, training materials, and user demos
  • Support audit requests
  • Needs availability to work overlapping hours with the US.


Working hours for this role will overlap with US business hours.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in D365 administration , configuration s , system design or related business experience
  • Experience working in matrix and agile environment
  • Excellent interviewing, listening, observational, analytical , and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams across the organization
  • Previous experience working with finance and accounting strongly preferred
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 strongly preferred
