Delivering new report requirement in Microsoft D365
Work as an AX Technical staff
Work closely with the Client team Under supervision of PwC Project manager and monitor the daily issues on regular basis
Work closely with L1 Support team Under PwC project manager supervision to identify the pain areas and provide solution / workaround
Work closely with PwC team for RCA of recurring issues and providing fix for the same
Technical support for New Store Rollout
Coordinate with the client if any change in the process, document the same, initiate the change management, effort estimation in presence of PwC Project manager.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly meeting with PwC team members to discuss support issues, resolutions and reporting
Resolve AX Technical related issues in agreed SLA
Work on Change Requests assigned by the PwC project manager
