Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated D365 F&O Technical Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications, assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for D365 Finance and Operations applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for support processes and technical procedures.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and new feature deployments.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain communication with users.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and data management.
- Experience with system integration and data migration processes.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
