Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Cybersecurity Sales professional to drive business growth by identifying prospects, managing client relationships, and closing deals for cybersecurity solutions and services. The role requires a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity offerings and proven sales skills in B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities for cybersecurity products and services (e.g., VAPT, SOC, Compliance, Awareness Training, Phishing Simulation, GRC solutions).
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase cybersecurity offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, CISOs, and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, account plans, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with technical teams for proposals, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.
- Consistently achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition objectives.
- Provide feedback to product/marketing teams for continuous improvement of offerings.
- Represent the organization in industry events, webinars, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Experience
- 36 years of proven experience in sales of cybersecurity, IT security, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong network in BFSI, IT/ITES, Healthcare, or Manufacturing sectors preferred.
- Ability to understand client security challenges and position solutions effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Sales (preferred, not mandatory).
- Prior experience in working with cybersecurity consulting or SaaS product companies.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
