Cybersecurity Project Manager

Job Purpose:

• Lead, execute, and deliver high-quality cyber security projects that add value to Nouryon.

Key Accountabilities:

Project Preparation & Execution:

• Prepare, lead, execute, and deliver cyber security projects within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Select, lead, and develop a multifunctional project team to ensure project success.

Adherence to Methodology:

• Apply and adhere to Nouryon's project management methodology to ensure structured execution.
• Compliance Management:
• Ensure compliance with company directives and policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ownership & Accountability:
• Take full ownership of the project and deliver value to the business, ensuring the successful delivery of all project milestones.

Project Delivery & Closure:

• Ensure readiness for mechanical completion and handover to operations. Evaluate and close the project, analyze lessons learned, archive documents, and transfer the project to operations/line management/PMO.
• Result: Completion of project objectives, realization of deliverables, continuous improvement of project management skills, and successful acceptance of the end product by business.

Relations Management:

• Build and maintain a sustainable and accessible network of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring these connections contribute to project success.
• Result: A sustainable and accessible network contributing to the overall success of the project.

Project Information & Reporting:

• Provide regular insights regarding project developments, including progress, financial status, risk reports, and ad hoc analyses to the project champion and steering committee.
• Result: Timely and accurate reporting of project progress and key developments.
