Who are we looking for

10+ years of IT experience with 6+ yrs of relevant experience in Leads senior DLP Engineer specialized in Cybersecurity operations for , BIGID, CASB Netskope. The Cybersecurity Operations Team Lead will provide leadership in support of the Cybersecurity Operations Center. They will take a lead role in response to Cybersecurity incidents.

Technical Skills :
Previous work experience managing below two or more Cybersecurity delivery engagements -
  • Data Protection and Security
  • Threat Intelligence & Forensics
  • Authentication & Password Management
  • Cloud Security
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance
  • Audit principles and associated compensating controls
  • Basic Knowledge on security models such as ISO/IEC 27001 , PCI DSS and Cobit 5, OWASP & NIST, ITIL.
  • Experience on Cyber Security tools & technologies.
  • Good Understanding of IT security policy, procedure, design, and implementation.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations in the Cybersecurity Operations Center.
  • Contribute towards the preparation, creation, distribution, and maintenance of plans, instructions, guidance, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) concerning the security of Cybersecurity Operations.
  • Provide leadership and direction that cybersecurity awareness, basics, literacy, and training are provided to operations personnel commensurate with their responsibilities within the team.
  • Review, evaluate, and recommend protective or corrective measures when a cybersecurity incident or vulnerability is discovered.
  • Exercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance management and terminations.
  • Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
  • Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Job Responsibilities :

Delivery Operations & Excellence :
Must Have :
  • Manage Operational/delivery issues & escalations & maintain steady state global delivery operations.
  • Ensure SLA/SLO attainment & process compliance as per contractual commitment & customer satisfaction.
  • Handling escalations- identifying the gap, preparing action plans, and driving towards resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for SIP's/CIP's and drive those towards achieving the desire goal.
  • Define & maintain governance model, best practices & operating procedures.
  • Driving & ensuring seamless transition of new service/ customer to operations team (if any)
  • Drive/Manage Crisis situation. Facilitates Business Continuity for the account during regional/ location outages.
  • Drive & participate in Service Operations/Delivery review, governance with Client & stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all transition activities for his/her area of responsibilities.
  • Conduct due diligence activities to comprehend business activities of the client and document these in the form of a due diligence report along with recommendations and next steps.
  • Liaise with business lines and functions on training, recruitment, and system requirements for transition deliverables.
  • Responsible for monitoring & execution of transition deliverables as per agreement transition plan.
  • Review & manage day-to-day transition project communication with stakeholders, project delivery team, account team & Client stakeholders.
  • Capture learnings & disseminate across organization.

Qualification & Experience :
  • 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ yrs of relevant experience in managing Cybersecurity delivery(s), People Care, Customer & Stakeholders relationship, project transition. Must Have
  • Education qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and/or related areas
  • CISM/ CISSP/ Certified Ethical Hacker/ CompTIA CySA+ Certification & knowledge - Must Have
  • ITIL V3/4 Foundation/ Expert certification & knowledge good to have
  • Project Management knowledge (PMP/ PRINCE2) good to have
