Position Overview:
As the core liaison between Indian Customs team and IT team, responsible for converting current manual, offline operational processes into IT requirements, driving the construction of Customs Management System, and supporting the automation of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Sorting and Conversion: Refine system automation requirements based on current core Customs processes and convert business needs into implementable IT requirement documents.
- System solution design: Formulate supporting system solutions for core Customs business scenarios to ensure the alignment of business requirements and system functions.
- Cross-departmental Collaboration and Implementation: Organize requirement reviews to unify the understanding of requirements between business and IT teams; follow up the entire process of system development, testing and launch.
- System Optimization and Iteration: Collect business feedback on system usage, propose functional optimization suggestions combined with policy updates and business development, drive system iteration and upgrading, and improve the level of automated and visual management.
- New Business System Adaptation: Dynamically evaluate system adaptation solutions in light of new business planning, output requirement documents and promote their implementation to ensure the smooth launch of new businesses.
Qualification Requirements:
- Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade or Computer-related fields is preferred.
- Experience: Practical experience in the construction of India Customs systems (or similar systems/projects).
Core Competency Requirements:
- Ability to decompose complex Customs business processes and convert them into standardized, implementable IT requirement documents.
- Strong cross-departmental communication skills, capable of efficiently coordinating business and IT teams, resolving differences and advancing project solutions.
- Excellent logical analysis ability, able to accurately control the matching of system functions with business compliance and efficiency.
