Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations.
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working in a Customer Support role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in US/night shift hours.
