We are seeking a Customer Support Representative with 0-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with product questions, concerns, and technical issues
Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
0-4 years of experience in customer service or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
