Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing excellent service and finding creative solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
Continually improve customer support processes and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Comfortable using a variety of software tools and technology
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Fluency in English and at least one regional language
