Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat interactions professionally.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customer queries and concerns.
- International Process:
- Work in either international voice or non-voice processes, based on organizational requirements.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to meet client expectations.
- Night Shifts:
- Work in 24/7 (Night Shifts) with a 9.5-hour shift duration, including a 1-hour break.
- Adhere to the schedule and maintain consistent performance during night hours.
- Problem Resolution:
- Analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary.
- Adherence to Quality Standards:
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th/Graduates/PG.
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to adapt to night shifts and work in a 24/7 environment.

Salary: The salary for this position is up to Rs 40,000/- per month, depending on experience and performance.
