We are looking for a Customer Support professional with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Provide product and service information to customers
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-1 years of experience in customer support or related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Respond to customer queries and escalations
Ability to work in a team environment
Fluency in English and one regional language is preferred
