We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both voice and non-voice customer support processes and will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
  • Experience in handling voice and non-voice processes
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices
