Responsibilities
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in customer support
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
Experience in handling voice and non-voice processes
Understanding of customer service principles and practices
