This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive position based in Hyderabad. The Customer Support Executive will manage customer interactions through various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include providing online support, assisting with technical queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Online Support and handling technical queries
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in managing customer relationships and ensuring quality service
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle customer concerns in a professional manner
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
• Proficient in using CRM tools and other customer support software
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
