About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who can provide exceptional service to our customers across platforms.

You'll be handling customer queries, ensuring smooth communication, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media DMs.

Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for order tracking, replacements, and returns.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Maintain records of interactions and share regular reports.

Collect customer feedback and assist in improving service processes.

Requirements

Prior experience working with a D2C or eCommerce brand is mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets.

A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on customer happiness.
