Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Ranchi. The responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing timely and effective solutions, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The Customer Support Executive will assist in fostering strong customer relationships to ensure a positive experience and troubleshooting technical issues as required. Communication and collaboration with internal teams will be essential to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and basic computer applications
  • Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution skills
