Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Work Location: Aspee, Malad Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to join our team. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and driving sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduation or Undergraduate (both can apply)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year mandatory in BPO Voice process
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Shifts: Day rotational shift timing
  • Work Schedule: 6 days working per week
  • Sales: Must be willing to do sales
  • Must be willing to do outbound and inbound calls

Salary

  • Graduate: 33,000 CTC
  • Undergraduate: 27,000 CTC
