Role: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Calling Process)
Location: Bangalore (White Field) - Work From Office
Transportation: Will be provided by the company
Experience: 1 - 3 years in Customer Support/Call Centre/BPO
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Salary - INR 20000/- to 25000/- Per month
Mode of Interview: Face to Face only
About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for inbound calling process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key responsibilities.
- Handle inbound calls related to client (Electric) products and Services
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide product and service information both in Hindi and English
- Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely manner
- Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines
Required Skills and Qualification
- Minimum qualification:+2/Intermediate (Graduate Preferred)
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
Other details:
- Candidates must work from Office - Bangalore or Noida
- Rotational shifts may apply based on Business requirements.
