Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.


  • Interact with customers via phone to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their questions answered
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database
  • Assist with customer retention and account management by identifying and addressing customer needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and efficiently

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent to that will be required.
  • 1-6 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software applications
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
