About the Role

We are hiring skilled professionals for an International Chat Support role. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling dual or triple chat interactions and should be able to deliver fast, accurate, and customer-focused resolutions. This is a non-voice process requiring excellent written communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through dual or triple chat interactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide clear, grammatically correct written communication in real time.
• Resolve customer issues related to product, service, account, delivery, or troubleshooting.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs), response time, and quality parameters.
• Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalations.
• Document interaction notes and update internal systems after every customer chat.
• Collaborate with internal teams if any additional support is required.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while working in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask (dual/triple chat).
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Experience Required

• 1 year (12 months) of International Chat Process experience is mandatory.
• Experience in dual or triple chat handling is required.

Compensation

• 1217 months experience: 3.8 LPA
• 1823 months experience: 4.1 LPA
• 24 months & above: 4.24.3 LPA
