About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve their queries and ensuring a seamless support experience. The ideal candidate is a good communicator, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure full resolution
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Guide customers on product/service usage and troubleshoot basic issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, etc.) for issue resolution
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products and processes
- Maintain service levels (TAT, resolution quality, etc.) and handle escalations professionally
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn CRM tools
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
