About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve their queries and ensuring a seamless support experience. The ideal candidate is a good communicator, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure full resolution
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Guide customers on product/service usage and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, etc.) for issue resolution
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products and processes
  • Maintain service levels (TAT, resolution quality, etc.) and handle escalations professionally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn CRM tools
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
