Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Jaipur or Gurgaon. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling both online and technical support issues. Daily tasks include resolving customer concerns, providing accurate information about products and services, and maintaining a high standard of customer service to foster relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service to effectively address and resolve client concerns
  • Hands-on experience in Online Support to assist customers in digital and technical issues
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively within a team
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
