Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Pune City. Responsibilities include responding to queries via various channels, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in customer interactions.

  • Experience in Online Support and responsiveness to customer inquiries promptly
  • Technical Support aptitude to assist clients with troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in English and additional regional languages is a plus
