3)Convincing Customers and Resolving Queries:

  • Employ persuasive and problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns.

  • Resolve customer complaints or disputes efficiently and professionally.
4) Fluency in English:
  • Communicate fluently in the English language, both in spoken and written form.
  • Ensure clarity and precision in all interactions with English-speaking customers.
5) Flexibility to Work in Rotational Shifts:

  • Be adaptable to work in various shifts as required by the organization, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Ensure availability to assist customers during their preferred times.
