As a
Customer Support Executive at Melblok, you'll be the voice of the brand. You'll engage with customers post-purchase, understand their skincare journey, resolve issues, recommend suitable products, and create a positive, trusted experience that drives repeat purchases and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.
- Conduct post-purchase feedback and satisfaction calls within 35 days of delivery.
- Record feedback, tag it in CRM, and escalate issues needing intervention.
- Recommend and cross-sell products based on skin type and usage.
- Follow up with inactive or unsatisfied customers to rebuild trust.
- Coordinate with logistics for delivery-related concerns.
- Maintain call logs and update all records accurately in CRM.
Required Skills & Experience
- Graduate (any stream) with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 02 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, or D2C brand support (freshers with strong communication are welcome).
- Empathetic, confident, and good at listening and explaining skincare usage.
