Overview

As a Customer Support Executive at Melblok, you'll be the voice of the brand. You'll engage with customers post-purchase, understand their skincare journey, resolve issues, recommend suitable products, and create a positive, trusted experience that drives repeat purchases and loyalty.

Our Performance Skincare brand Melblok makes Restorative Skin Care Powered by Science. Melblok's products are high-performance, problem-solving, and both effective and safe. We use bio-appropriate, clean ingredients, and materials that are all-natural, sustainable, and biodegradable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.
  • Conduct post-purchase feedback and satisfaction calls within 35 days of delivery.
  • Record feedback, tag it in CRM, and escalate issues needing intervention.
  • Recommend and cross-sell products based on skin type and usage.
  • Follow up with inactive or unsatisfied customers to rebuild trust.
  • Coordinate with logistics for delivery-related concerns.
  • Maintain call logs and update all records accurately in CRM.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Graduate (any stream) with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • 02 years of experience in customer service, tele-sales, or D2C brand support (freshers with strong communication are welcome).
  • Empathetic, confident, and good at listening and explaining skincare usage.
