Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Vadodara. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries through online channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support when required. This role also involves effectively addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of service interactions.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Experience in Online Support and managing customer inquiries through digital platforms
  • Strong skills in Technical Support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment in Vadodara
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Previous experience in IT or technical industries is an advantage
