Responsibilities
Answering customer queries via email, chat, and phone calls

Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the relevant department when necessary

Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills and Qualifications
0-4 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
