Job Description

Vacancy Title: Software/Customer support executive

  • Good communication skills; spoken English and Hindi are a must.
  • Speaking other languages would be added advantage
  • Good working experience as a customer care executive for a cloud-based software product is a must. * Expertise in dealing with Customers on phone/email/chat
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and requirements amicably and smoothly, following set processes and protocols.
  • Working knowledge of Intercom system is an added advantage
  • Should have basic knowledge of SQL, .NET, and other technical languages.
  • Should have experience in Demo, support, and Training with client
