Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive - International located in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving customer issues, managing online support channels, handling technical support tasks, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires efficient communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality support for international clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Experience in Online Support and handling technical support issues
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with CRM tools or other customer service software is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts to accommodate international clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
