Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Noida. The role involves providing excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound communications via various platforms, assisting with technical issues, and delivering a seamless customer experience. The role requires effective communication skills, empathy, and a focus on providing solutions to meet customer needs.
