Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Game Support Specialist with prior experience in player/customer support. He/she will be the point of contact for the players ensuring smooth gaming experience.

Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective support to players via email or any other medium and solve the issues/queries.
  • Be responsible to deliver player feedback and bugs reported by players to our game teams and support them to provide solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adhere to minimal response time.
  • Setup processes and create & maintain FAQs.
  • Gather player feedback and share insights with the product and design teams.

Required:

  • Exp: 0-2 years in customer support (game industry experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Passion for gaming.
