We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Telecaller/Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. You will handle customer inquiries, manage booking operations, and provide exceptional support to our self-drive car rental clients. This role is perfect for both freshers and experienced professionals seeking growth in a dynamic customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Customer Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer queries and process bookings.
- Explain self-drive car rental options, packages, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle availability, rental terms, and booking procedures.
- Manage customer objections and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team and branch locations to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and organized call logs, follow-up records, and customer interaction notes.
- Ensure compliance with company communication standards and customer service protocols.
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver polite, professional, and courteous service at all times.
- Build positive customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Handle high-volume customer interactions with patience and efficiency.
Requirements
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome.
- Experience in calling, customer support, tele-sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
Language Proficiency (Any 3 Mandatory)
- English (mandatory)
- Hindi (mandatory)
- Kannada (mandatory)
- Tamil (preferred)
- Telugu (preferred)
Note: Candidates proficient in more languages will be given higher preference.
