About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves handling customer interactions with professionalism and ensuring timely resolution of queries while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls with efficiency and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction within defined timelines.
- Adhere to organizational process guidelines, quality metrics, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational and organizational goals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / 10+3 Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Willingness to work in night shifts as well
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate across multiple applications.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
