This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Gurugram. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications

  • Possess Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries and maintain quality interactions.
  • Experience with Online Support and Technical Support for resolving digital or technology-related concerns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Problem-solving abilities and time management skills to handle and prioritize multiple customer queries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using support software and tools is advantageous.
