- Experience with Online Support and Technical Support for resolving digital or technology-related concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
- Problem-solving abilities and time management skills to handle and prioritize multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Proficiency in using support software and tools is advantageous.
