Job Description

We are hiring specially abled candidates for WFO and WFH model.

3 months training period and till settled in process WFO
After training WFH

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Interacting with the customers on call, chat or email.
  • Resolve their queries related to orders
  • Handling dynamic situation on call, chat or emails with presence of mind.
  • Handling pressure under adverse situations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • This requirement is only for specially abled.
  • Should be fluent in English.
  • Should be comfortable with rotational shift and rotational week-off
  • Should be Comfortable with rotational night Shifts
  • Should be Graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
