Compensation: Fixed Salary with Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

Flick TV is looking for motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing team.

In this role, you will assist users through text-based interactions, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional responses. The position involves providing information, resolving queries, and maintaining a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately.
  • Provide assistance with account support, basic troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly communication tone at all times.
  • Document interactions and ensure proper follow-up on open issues.
  • Adhere to company policies, performance metrics, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Hindi (written).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple chats and prioritize effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a working device.
  • Willingness to work the 1 PM 11 PM shift.
  • Prior experience in customer service or chat-based roles is preferred.
