We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Executive to join our team on-site in Coimbatore. The role entails addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivering timely online and technical support. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with our products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Experience with Online Support and handling customer queries effectively
  • Strong Technical Support abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage tasks efficiently on-site
  • Prior experience in the software or SaaS industry is an added advantage
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of local languages is beneficial
