Role Description
We're looking for a motivated and personable Customer Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through excellent communication and service delivery.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include assisting customers by addressing their concerns, providing timely and effective support, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining positive relationships with clients, handling technical support inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication channels between the company and its customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, inside sales, presales, or telecalling.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management platforms.
- Goal-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Online Support and Technical Support tasks.
- A proactive and professional approach to building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product/service information.
- Engage with inbound leads, qualify them, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Support the sales and business development teams by nurturing prospects and setting up appointments.
- Maintain and update customer data and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to optimise customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly service and conversion targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products.
- Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve services and sales strategies.
