Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Customer Support Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing online and technical support requests, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. The role involves active engagement with customers to resolve their issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Online Support and Customer Service
  • Ability to provide Technical Support with clarity and patience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
