Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Surat. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will also maintain accurate customer records, troubleshoot problems, escalate issues when required, and deliver a positive experience to our clients by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to improve services and address client feedback.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including professional email and phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and handling customer inquiries effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer support software is preferred
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and web development is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
  • Proficiency in multiple languages for better communication with diverse clients is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is advantageous
