We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates for our International Travel Process. This role involves providing top-notch customer support via a blended process (voice & email/chat). If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, apply now!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with travel-related queries, bookings, and support.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate/ Undergraduate (any stream).
  • Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome.
