This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions to issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing online and technical support, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining efficient communication with clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction roles
• Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
• Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
