The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the job market context of India and should be able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional language.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
